Consultation With Dr. Chad
Before we begin treatment, you’ll sit down with Dr. Chad at your first visit for a consultation. We want to know what’s going on with you and your spine, so Dr. Chad will ask questions that will tell us a little bit more about what exactly we’re working with before we begin adjusting you. This helps ensure that you get accurate and effective treatment in the proper areas of your spine.
Digital Postural Analysis
Dr. Chad requires a posture analysis during your initial visit because posture is a window into your spine and can tell us a lot about what type of treatment you may need. Poor posture can result in serious issues over time, including misalignment, disc degeneration, nerve atrophy, and so much more. We use the latest digital technology to take two photos of you, one from the front and one from the side, that will help us accurately evaluate your posture.
Your first visit will also include chiropractic-specific x-rays, which will help us see exactly what is going on with your spine. They will show any issues, such as nerve atrophy, scoliosis, bone spurs, and more. By having an accurate location of the issues within your spine, Dr. Chad will know exactly where and how to adjust you.
Because our chiropractic services are neurologically based, we want to get the full picture of your nervous system before beginning treatment. If your spine happens to be misaligned, this will have a serious affect on your nerves, leading to various symptoms throughout your body. Dr. Chad uses NASA-published technology to assess how the nerves within your body are functioning.
